Good budget, overnight stop.

We just wanted a budget friendly room for the night, close to the port. It’s basic but we paid very little so it represented excellent value. Outdoor BBQ with all the usual trimmings and a very good breakfast. Hot shower and clean towels, pool towels also provided.

Nowhere to walk about really.

Would not recommend

Buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner available. Quite affordable. Nice reception with comfortable spots to read/work.

Lunch starts late (1pm), staff did not seem very nice, shower water was not very clean and beds also (found hairs when i remove the sheets). Port ghalib in general is way too westernised. Wifi only available in reception.

Close to airport budged accomodation

Great customer service and reception going above to help resolve a problem I had.

Remote location, to see Marina you need to take a free shuttle bus. Finding a taxi to come back it the evening was problematic.

Good place with a good value. staff is nice and friendly. and they have a very good diving center "sambo" Mr.s3od, and special thanks to all reception front office staff and sea staff Ali & Ahmed, and it will not be the only visit to this hotel.

Nice decorated lobby, room ok for short sojourn

Noise from housekeeping early in the morning coming from corridor and neighbouring room. This could have been postponed to a later hour Staff does not speak enough basic englisch No hotel information sheet in room No bars or restaurants in walking distance

The food was good but not much choice

The staff at The Reception wasn’t polite only after asking a few times they were prepared to give us a good room. You don’t feel welcome here. First Hotel I visited without welcome drink.

Poor start...Good comfortable middle....Very poor ending...

The room, and bed was comfortable. 10 TV channels limited to Arabic and Italian was an issue. No BBC,CNN or euro news in English. The shower was the best feature of the room.

The first and last impression of a facility is in the hands of the receptionists. Regretfully upon arrival the receptionist was more interested in playing with his mobile phone and forgot to provide us with all the important information like, internet access, meal times and where can they be taken, nor did he provide the meal ticket wrist band. There was no information in the rooms in the event of fire. The following morning there was a new receptionist who initially was very polite but then demanded that I pay a second time for my breakfast despite having and wearing my writs band. He claims it was a mistake but to be held to ransom first thing in the morning when all you need is a breakfast and a coffee before going to the office I could do without...

Super friendly staff, quiet, comfortable, clean room with hot shower! Great breakfast! The staff play table tennis with the guests which is great fun!!

The guy on the bar wanted 20 egp for a cup of tea, normally pay 5 egp for a cup, why can’t they supply a kettle in the room!!!! 210 egp for a taxi to the airport which is about 10 mins away, what a rip off!! No WiFi in the room

The price and the location are very good if you are going to spend your day outside the hotel and have a car with you .

I didn't like that they take an extra 2% for paying with creditcard which is not stated in the offer or the confirmation given by booking

good value for money but need to have your car so you can get around easily

Room was comfy and as expected Checked in early and it was very good to receive room at 8 am Bar staff and animation good.

Shuttle to the beach only from hotel at 9 am and from beach 1 pm Shuttle should be on hourly basis back and forth beach Hotel far away from the beach and shopping area had to rent a coco transport van every time need to buy anything or go to marina shopping area Mini bar in the room do not work and had to run to the bar to bring ice so i can keep my drinks cold No kettle and coffee in the room is down side Reception staff not very helpful

The hotel is old

I liked the beds were very comfortable. The room was good and very clean.

The lightning at the lobby wasnt good at all. The safe was unable to open it was locked for some reason. The staff members were asking a personal questions which dont have any meaning to them like for example with whom I have been outside. Also one man called me in the middle of the night to go to his room to have a drink with him how can reception give room numbers of guests to people this should be forbidden .

transportation from airport was not what we agreed; transportation to next hotel was too expensive; transportation to the beach in a small car... and even if you arrive earlier the car driver gives priorities to the guests that gave him a tip the day before....
